Thank you for shopping at Nakhlati. We take great pride in crafting high-quality books, activity sets, and art prints for your family. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Return Eligibility Window

Items must be requested for return within 14 days of receiving your package.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it, with all original packaging, seals, and tags intact.

Non-refundable items: Opened ceramic painting kits, custom/personalized orders, and downloadable digital materials.

Damaged or Defective Items

We carefully pack every shipment from Abu Dhabi, but if your item arrives damaged, flawed, or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at nakhlati@nakhlatikids.com with your order number and photo/video evidence.

We will send a replacement free of charge or issue a full refund for damaged items.

Return Shipping Costs

Customer Responsibility: For general returns (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for paying international/local return shipping charges. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Store Error / Defect: If the return is due to a damaged item or shipment error on our part, Nakhlati will cover the return shipping costs.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected at our Abu Dhabi facility, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be automatically credited to your original payment method (via Stripe) within 5 to 10 business days.
